The Dangers of AI Collective Intelligence Processes the Discourse on AI, CHATGPT - OPPORTUNITIES AND RISKS

There are people all over the world concerned about the dangers of replacing human intelligence with artificial intelligence.

With the emergence of ChatGPT, discussions about AI have flared up again, because any innovation brings not only prospects and opportunities. Social networks are discussing the possible harm of AI to society, up to and including catastrophic consequences.

Collective Intelligence processes the discourse on AI, CHATGPT - POSSIBILITIES AND RISKS, bringing together the meanings of statements and ideas, from which a general POLYLOG (4D) is structured.

All authors participate in this discourse (in person and in absentia), forming around this "assemblage point" a distributed community of discourse participants - forming a Distributed Elite (for reference, such communities are formed on all socially significant issues).

Collective Intelligence on the dangers of Artificial Intelligence

The AI itself does not pose any threat (it's just software), the danger is posed by humans:
  1. PREDACTORS who can take advantage of new opportunities to their own ends and to the detriment of others.
  2. VICTIMS who fall for the pretty wrapper and the sweet candy, giving up their future and the future of their children in return.
The motives of the Predators are well known - it is MONEY and POWER (which can give access to even more money), so just look at the opportunities that AI provides to these people. DANGEROUS ARE THE OWNERS OF TECHNOLOGY.
 
THE MILITARY IS THE FIRST TO USE THE NEW TECHNOLOGYThe tools that the Predators use are also well known - these are:
  1. Force is why the NEW TECHNOLOGIES are the first to be used by the WARRIORS, who will teach the AIs to destroy each other and kill people.
  2. Power - and AI is indispensable in PROPAGANDA AND OPERATIONS OF INFLUENCE, where truth becomes indistinguishable from lies, and it becomes possible to control entire nations for its own purposes.
  3. Deception - here the AI opens up the possibility of TOTAL DEMAND MANAGEMENT, where everyone can be induced to act for the benefit of the beneficiary. The particular danger is that AI actions are very difficult/impossible to control.
