The Dangers of AI Collective Intelligence Processes the Discourse on AI, CHATGPT - OPPORTUNITIES AND RISKS

There are people all over the world concerned about the dangers of replacing human intelligence with artificial intelligence.

With the emergence of ChatGPT, discussions about AI have flared up again, because any innovation brings not only prospects and opportunities. Social networks are discussing the possible harm of AI to society, up to and including catastrophic consequences.

Collective Intelligence processes the discourse on AI, CHATGPT - POSSIBILITIES AND RISKS, bringing together the meanings of statements and ideas, from which a general POLYLOG (4D) is structured.

All authors participate in this discourse (in person and in absentia), forming around this "assemblage point" a distributed community of discourse participants - forming a Distributed Elite (for reference, such communities are formed on all socially significant issues).

Victory, the Collective Mind

Now, at the beginning of 2023, in Ukraine there is a growing thought about the probable victory in the war, unleashed by propivy with the aim of destroying the Ukrainian statehood. 
And along with the idea of victory comes a second one - what to do afterwards, whether to restore the post-Soviet economy (the economy of siphoning off resources - something that is familiar and understandable) or to build a new modern economy for Ukraine, the economy of technological development and how to do it.

Andriy Dligach (Doctor of Economics, Professor at Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University) published an article entitled "2023: Peremogoda Ukraina".

There was a discussion of the topic, and the Collective Intelligence with its technologies processed both the article and the comments to it, putting everything in the rizzoma.

The specific issues of the article by Dligach emerged:

The conclusion of the author - for Ukraine to become a free country for business, investment and self-fulfillment of a person, it is necessary to focus the state and society on development!

Great conclusion - but HOW to do it?
What ways or technologies will lead us to this glorious future? And the most burning questions - who and how will take on the reorganization of the country and society - were left unanswered by Mr. Dligach!

пришел 2021 - относительно спокойный год, и главными темами работы Коллективного Разума были

И, казалось, наступает нормальный 2022й — ну ведь всерьез никто не воспринимал бряцание оружием у границ Украины.

А Коллективный Разум уже 11 февраля сделал СБОРКУ ВОЙНА РОССИИ С УКРАИНОЙ 2022!

Тема ВОЙНА, начавшись в 2014 году, пополнилась 128 публикациями.
